LifeCare Plus+ Reports Enhancement Package

  This service is available to all LifeCare Plus+ Members.

     LifeCare Plus+ members that would like information on what the rest of their county and state is doing in the areas shown below can sign up for the Reports Enhancement Package. These reports do not list individually the other facility's in your county and state, but rather lists the other facility's in your county and state as one unit. The only facility listed on your reports will be that of your facility. Facility Administrators are able to compare their facility's scope of services with the other facilities as a whole in the their county and in their state.

The Reports Enhancement Package consists of Monthly reports, Quarterly reports, and an Annual report that lists the following information:  

  • Your facility:
    The number of patient referrals.
    Type of health care required by patients.
    Needs and amenities required by patients.
    The number of patients placed into facilities.
    The County/State from where patient referral originated.
    The age groups of patients placed into facilities.
    The number of male patients and the number of female patients placed into facilities. 

  • Your facility's county:
    The number of patient referrals.
    Type of health care required by patients.
    Needs and amenities required by patients.
    The number of patients placed into facilities.
    The County/State from where patient referral originated.
    The age groups of patients placed into facilities.
    The number of male patients and the number of female patients placed into facilities. 

  • Your facility's state:
    The number of patient referrals.
    Type of health care required by patients.
    Needs and amenities required by patients.
    The number of patients placed into facilities.
    The County/State from where patient referral originated.
    The age groups of patients placed into facilities.
    The number of male patients and the number of female patients placed into facilities. 

     Administrators will receive the previous month's information the first week of each month. Quarterly reports will be issued in the following manner:

  • 1st Quarter - January, February, March:
    Report issued the first week of April.
  • 2nd Quarter - April, May, June:
    Report issued the first week of July.
  • 3rd Quarter - July, August, September:
    Report issued the first week of October.
  • 4th Quarter - October, November, December:
    Report issued the first week of January.

The Annual report will be issued the end of January for the previous year.
