     Founded in 1998, LifeCare Plus+ is an integrated communications network specializing in patient referrals for Long Term/Short Term Nursing Care Providers and Residential Senior Care Providers in the United States.  Privately held, LifeCare Plus+ is based in Columbia, MO. 

     LifeCare Plus+ is a secure integrated internet, telephone, and wireless communications network platform whose members are comprised of Hospitals, Health Care Providers, Geriatric Care Consultants, Long Term/Short Term Nursing Care Providers that include Licensed Skilled Nursing Care Facilities, Licensed Residential Senior Care Facilities, and Licensed Assisted Senior Living Environments located in the United States.  
     
     LifeCare Plus+ provides its members:

• A national patient referral service that allows LifeCare Plus+  members to find and place a patient requiring Long Term/Short Term Nursing Care in a facility anywhere in the country.
